- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once your credit has been applied. Please allow at least 5 business days from the time of notification for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- Note, that some items such as final close out items, sale items, and exclusive items are noted on our website as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These items cannot be returned with all sales final.

Please include your original invoice in your return box or include a note with your name, shipping address and zip code and original order number. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept your return package.
How Should I Ship My Package Back?
We strongly suggest that you use a shipping service that offers a tracking number and insures your package. In the event that you want to check on your return, having a tracking number will allow you to know exactly where your return package is. The most popular choice for our customers is UPS.
How Will I Know That My Return Package has been Credited?
As soon as we receive your return package and credit your account, you will receive an email notification including your original order number and the amount of the credit. Your credit will appear on your bank statement in time for your next statement (generally between 2-5 business days, depending on your bank).
